Retail Sales Associate - Toronto, Canada - The Herbal Clinic and Dispensary

Description

The Herbal Clinic and Dispensary is looking for a part-time Store Clerk to take over 2-3 shifts per week - Tuesdays and Fridays from 12pm - 6pm, and Saturdays from 11am - 3pm.

As a member of our team, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:

• Greeting Customers and Patients: Creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Customer assistance: Providing friendly and helpful assistance to customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
• Sales: Assisting customers in finding the right herbal products and providing product knowledge.
• Filling herbal orders: Filling customer herb orders as requested, including weighing out herbs and/or measuring out tincture.
• Operating Cash/Payment systems: Processing customer purchases and payments accurately.
• Minimal Reception work: Assisting with basic reception tasks such as canceling/changing/booking appointments if needed, and directing patients to the appropriate treatment rooms.
• Inventory & supply management: Monitoring supplies/inventory (including inventory count), requesting orders as needed, and ensuring all inventory and supplies are wellorganized and stocked
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness: Ensuring storefront and workspace are clean, organized, and presentable to create a positive shopping environment
• Adhering to company policies and procedures: Following established guidelines and policies
