Atlas Dewatering Corporation, established in 1946, has seventy five years of experience in the construction industry for construction dewatering and environmental groundwater/surface water management.
Atlas also specializes in bypass pumping systems, providing pump rentals, sales, and service. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and service with knowledgeable and dedicated staff in both dewatering and bypass projects.Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Interact with engineers, clients, consultants, government agencies.
- Visit job sites to review their dewatering requirements with the Operations Manager.
- Ensure installation is completed as per design of dewatering/filtration/treatment/Bypass systems from Management
- Assist in the planning and implementation of filed man power on projects
- Maintain and track schedule and project timelines.
- Review job specific paperwork/drawings with Forman in order to maintain contract services.
- Provide direction and support to Field Staff
- Supervision of pumping system installation and teardown is a requirement
- Assist with project resource allocation
- Ongoing reporting to Atlas' Operation Manager
- Perform site inspections of jobsites and document accordingly
- Coordinate environmental system monitoring
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of equipment and services
- Perform inspections of fleet equipment for possible damages and report and document damages accordingly
- Coordinate with Atlas field staff for coordination of installation, monitoring and removal of all Atlas' equipment.
- Respond to after hour emergencies
- Maintain our procedures for environmental compliance that will further Atlas' abilities and client base.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical college/university graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 23 years of Supervisor experience.
- Strong interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
- Knowledge of groundwater treatment system means and methods.
- Knowledge of dewatering and bypass pumping systems
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Must have a G license in good standing.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
- Must have solid job references and a clean criminal record.
Job Types:

Salary:
$65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
