Job summary
The Environmental Specialist plays a central role in supporting ONxpress' environmental program by leading the procurement coordination and performance oversight of environmental consultants.Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement process for environmental consultants including developing scopes of work supporting competitive bidding evaluating proposals and coordinating contract award process.
- Manage consultant onboarding ensuring alignment with ONxpress' environmental standards project requirements and EMS procedures.
- Track manage consultant budgets forecasts expenditures ensuring financial accuracy proactive cost control.
