Position:
Detailing Team Lead


Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct support to the Operations Manager and assist in leading daily operations when required
  • Comfortable with customer/client interaction, service allocation, staff management, quality assurance, moving/driving vehicles, assisting with valet services, and maintaining the location's health and safety standards
  • Coordinate with the sales team as required (i.e., check and process daily bookings, assist with phone sales, understand membership/service pricing, etc.)
  • Able to properly use an electric power washer and other cleaning equipment (i.e., pain correction buffing machine, foam cannon, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and respectable workspace and provide support with general maintenance procedures

Requirements & Skills:


  • G2 or G license
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Passionate about vehicles and auto detailing
  • Hardworking, dedicated, and a quick learner
  • Friendly and teamoriented
  • Growth mindset and coachable
  • Strives to improve himself/herself and the organizational process whenever possible
  • Takes pride in personal work and is aligned with company values

Pay:
$18.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:
