About the Role

As a Proposal Specialist, you will be working within our National Shared Services Team environment to develop strategic proposals in response to formal legal service procurements. This includes Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and informal requests for credentials documents.

• Develop and execute plans to create cohesive and compelling proposal formats or online responses that align with firm business strategies and revenue growth goals.     
• Collaborate closely with partners, stakeholders, and teams across various practice groups to build top-quality proposals while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
• Manage proposal content libraries by updating them with completed responses, improving access to relevant data banks of content.

Skills & Qualifications:

For this role, we are seeking individuals who possess strong written and oral communication skills as well as exceptional attention to detail. You should have experience working in a similar position within law firms or parallel professional services environments.

The ideal candidate would have fluency in both English and French languages while possessing solid leadership abilities along with excellent interpersonal relationship-building capacities.
