Job Duties:
- Biweekly payroll services
- Monthly reconciliations
- Credit card receipt tracking
- Customer invoicing
- Accounts payable
- Payment processing
- Cash flow projection and monitoring
- Daily recordkeeping
- Daily bookkeeping
Work Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years accounting experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree
- Accounting Major highly preferred
- QuickBooks Online Advanced edition, experience 5+ years preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional decision making skills
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems and software, QBO, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Highly dependable and positive attitude
- Embrace a digital/paperless environment
- Confident in working independently
Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year
