Field Supervisor


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a part time Field Supervisor for the Reset Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end merchandising process and ensuring a seamless training experience for merchandisers within assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Live photo vetting and approval photos during relines
  • Lead and support team
  • Troubleshoot, and provide training over the phone and virtually
  • Coach and train representatives
  • Report to Direct Manager on Representative Performance action
  • Follow up with direct representatives regarding overdue call reports and reporting to Direct Manager any foreseen issues with compliance.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Direct Manager
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned representatives within territory
  • Resolve store complaints
  • Ensure store/department management is satisfied with each visit and all work is completed 100% to visit instructions coaching their direct representatives to ensure each of their visits are executed to this standard
  • Support Direct Managers with overall project compliance and escalate any staffing or project issues.
  • Perform regular team lead/merchandiser responsibilities field work 90% of time as team lead or training opportunities as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc staffing duties, adjust calendars, and fix/update call reports. 10% admin duties.

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to train new team members on software tools (Natural Insights, Everlance, and PowerBI).
  • Ability to vet and approve photos during relines, including weekends and afterhours.
  • Comfortable handling store complaints and finding solutions.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the region and possibly across multiple districts.
  • Occasional overnight travel in province required.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while keeping all calls uptodate and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
  • Occasional afterhours and weekends; typically Monday-Friday between 9
