    We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist Enablon Environment to join the HSES Technology and Products Team, performing the function of a product owner in an agile devops team, responsible for the operation, continuous improvement, and alignment of our solution with global business processes.
    The role of an Enablon Product Specialist Environment is multifaceted, requiring a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
    The successful candidate will collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders, including Environmental & Sustainability Leads, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and our Users, to foster a dynamic, inclusive environment that enhances solution alignment, ensures data integrity, and drives continuous improvement across Rio Tinto globally.
    This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to engage with users and key stakeholders to operate and improve the Enablon Air, Water, GHG and related Metrics modules for use in our Saguenay operations and fit-for-purpose for S&E reporting across all Rio Tinto sites.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensure the smooth operation of the Enablon Air, Water, GHG, and related Metrics modules.
    Continuously improve and manage the Saguenay GHG, Air, and Water deployment.
    Enhance Enablon based on user feedback and changing requirements translating operational needs into system requirement.
    Manage and enhance the scope of emissions for GHG reporting, including planning for future integration of scope 3.
    Oversee the transition and continuous improvement of key data and workflows into Enablon.
    Understand the variability in information collection across sites to ensure successful replication and required customization.
    Configure Enablon to deliver reporting requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner Enablon for shared solution configuration.
    Ensure accurate replication of S&E survey questions, key indicators, and calculations within Enablon.
    Identify opportunities for automation to create efficiencies in cost savings, effort, and time.

    What you will bring:
    Demonstrated behaviours aligned with our clients values of care, courage, and curiosity.
    Fluent in French and English, communicating effectively across business and technical domains.
    Experience in a similar role, preferably in an environmental reporting and compliance context or operational data auditing, validation, and continuous monitoring.
    Enablon accreditation or equivalent experience in air quality, water management, greenhouse gas emissions, and metrics module functionality and configuration is highly desirable.
    A degree qualification or equivalent experience or credentials in environmental science or data engineering or data science
    Demonstrated knowledge about environmental processes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
    Practical experience in Business Improvement, which may include proficiency in process mapping, automation feasibility analysis, automation design and implementation, and automation testing and monitoring, would be highly regarded.
    Experience as a product owner or equivalent role working in agile DevOps processes is highly desirable.
