About the Role
Ads is one of Uber's fastest-growing businesses, and we've been contributing to the Uber profitability goal.

The Ads Delivery and Optimization team is responsible for managing the backend systems for Ads delivery, Auction, Ranking, ML, and BIdding/Pacing.

You will work closely with the Engineering and Science teams at Uber to build a reliable and scalable foundation for the Uber Ads Platform.

Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap Ads Delivery and Optimization team at Uber
Drive the crossfunctional teams (engineering, analytics, OPs, etc.) teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business
Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
At least 5+ years of experience as an Ads product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale
Experience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them
Excellent data analysis skills and datadriven decisionmaking ability, with a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey results and opportunity areas to crossfunctional teams and leadership

Handson experience with Ads technology and platforms
