Handle all online orders through multiple channels

Printing online orders as needed
Collecting products based on orders, using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities
Assembling, labelling, and packaging orders for shipping or customer pickup
Handle all shipping using Canada post and Fedex terminals
Handle inventory planning and ordering
Stocking inventory
Communicate with customers about deliveries
Preferably have experience with shipping
Preferably have customer service experience
Completing order and shipping documentation accurately

You must have:

High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
Ability to manage their time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors
Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
Adequate computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests, Excel, mail and Google sheets
