This position is the front line role in the day-to-day operations, business growth and future development of this already well-established and reputable Professional Health Clinic.

Whether you are a seasoned Medical Office Assistant/Coordinator or new to the industry, we will help you map your success in this important position by setting achievable targets and by providing all the necessary tools to help you succeed and prosper.


As a Patient Coordinator you will receive:

  • Full training on front-end and back-end clinic operations
  • Support in achieving set goals and targets from the Clinic Director and supporting staff
Career progression and elevation with any/all of the following:

  • A main focus and priority on patient and clinic-coordination
  • Progression from coordinating responsibilities to the marketing and growth side of the business
  • Become a Clinic Lead down the road
  • Join as a Partner in possible future locations
You must be extremely confident and comfortable in these required competencies:

  • Professionalism
  • we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership selfdirected, as well as when working with teams.
  • Interpersonal skills loves dealing with public and all sorts of people.
  • Clear verbal and written English communication additional languages would be an asset as well
  • Basic accounting dayin operations as well as monthend practices.
  • MS Office digital proficiency is a MUST.
  • Billings and payments manage direct billings with insurance companies, working directly with ICBC, cashhandling.
  • Online marketing, social media marketing and management we encourage ideas and creativity
  • Detailorientated a MUST in clinic data entry, personal information, and health information.
