COME AS YOU AREJOB OVERVIEW**
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Pull post
  • campaign and on
  • demand reports and provide performance analysis.
  • Work with the business leads to coordinate and post content on the organization's mission (e.g. ) and fundraising websites (e.g. Relay for Life, Run for the Cure).
  • Undertake user testing and contribute on improving digital accessibility, SEO and the overall quality.
  • Triage and resolve digital support tickets meeting SLA.
  • Assist with documenting processes, policies and practices.
  • Other relevant tasks, projects and duties as assigned.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of The Occupational Health & Safety Act and its regulations and comply with the Society's Health & Safety Policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Completion of postsecondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • 12 years of direct marketing and/or website experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in Marketing Cloud an asset.
  • Working knowledge of HTML.
  • Good skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Nice to have experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Time management, prioritization and ability to handle tight turnover times.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written).
  • Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate personal initiative to complete the work.
  • French language skills (written and verbal) an asset.
