If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are looking for a Technical Lead who can lead a team of four (4) developers and drive the development of our next-generation all-in-one software management platform.

Our software platform is used by theme parks, water parks, zoos, and attractions all over the world.

You will be part of a team that is constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible to achieve exceptional user experience.

As a Tech Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

You will be the driving force behind ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. You will be the product champion and understand the impact our software has on their operations. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a scale-up environment, we want to hear from you

What you will do as our Tech Lead:
Technical Contribution

Lead technical development efforts on the team and contribute to the development of highquality, secure, and scalable cloudbased software using AWS.
Collaborate with the team to make decisions on cloud technologies and development languages/frameworks.
Take accountability for owned components of the software and address issues in a responsive manner.
Participate in the decoupling process of our software and help scale our product to deliver more, faster.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the impacts of the software on client operations.
Maintain a quality and security first approach to cloud development using the latest and greatest tools to build solid features.
Bring new ideas to improve the product and overall development process.

People Contribution

Coach and mentor team members in technical areas to help them grow and develop their skills.
Contribute to the team's bandwidth by being a strong individual contributor.
Contribute to the doubling of the team over the next 2 years, with a quality and security first approach to cloud development.
Focus on learning paths to help the team grow and develop.
Maintain regular updates, ops meetings, and lunch and learns, to keep the team informed and engaged.
Be seen as a technical mentor by the team.
Participate in company activities and be a strong culture ambassador within the team.

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of our technology stack (PHP (Laravel), , TypeScript, , and Golang, TypeScript and )
Ability to provide guidance and solve complex technical problems.
Effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
Strong ability to make decisions based on available information and data, while considering the impact on the team and company as a whole.
