Description
Property Administrator Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Manage tenant files, including rent payments, leases, and correspondence
- Collect rent from tenants and deposit funds into the bank
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the property owner
- Administer the property's website and social media accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in property management with a commercial portfolio
- Strong understanding of property management software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
