Property Administrator Job Description


Responsibilities:


  • Manage tenant files, including rent payments, leases, and correspondence
  • Collect rent from tenants and deposit funds into the bank
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to the property owner
  • Administer the property's website and social media accounts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in property management with a commercial portfolio
  • Strong understanding of property management software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
