Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead/manage the Human Resources function, ensuring people processes and practices support the delivery of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify and develop longterm strategic priorities and corporate policies and programs.
  • Develop and implement Human Resources plans, strategies, and effort priorities, including talent attraction and retention, people development, organization design and total rewards.
  • Lead the organization culture planning and implementation priorities, ensuring workplace diversity, fairness, and equity are pillars in the development of a highperformance workforce.
  • Lead the professional development of the HR, finance, and administrative teams.
  • Oversee administrative support and processes of the organization.
  • Oversee corporate finance, IT, and facilities resources (via Controller).

What You Will Bring:


  • 4year degree in social sciences, business administration, or related field.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) considered an asset.
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation considered an asset.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior management/leadership role.
  • Strategic leadership experience, including board interaction.
  • Highly effective communication, mediation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated strength and track record with successful change management strategies and the ability to influence up/down/across the organization.
