Job Summary:

Work towards providing W/B stores with prompt service on all levels to achieve unparalleled customer service. Work with the supervisor to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm and eagerness, which will ensure that productivity is maximized. Will communicate with the buyers, their assistants and store operators to evaluate priorities for receiving and stock orders. Is responsible for overseeing that all movement of stock and the accompanying paperwork is done accurately and timely.

Will help plan a detailed daily schedule prior to the start of each shift indicating exact jobs for each staff person.

Will help train new staff.

Responsible for leading all replenishment processes and for inventory control based on system data, priorities, timeframes and deadlines. Communicating with the buyers, store operators and other VRR personnel to evaluate receiving and replenishment priorities. Work towards providing W/B stores with prompt service on all levels to achieve unparalleled customer service. Will help train new staff.

Responsibilities:

(These will include but not be limited to)

  • Prioritize replenishment staff work load to meet daily production goals and handle or solve escalated issues and problems. Provide associates with additional support and coaching as needed.
  • Manages inventory by verifying accuracy of product received from vendor
  • Conducts and verifies cycle counts
  • Verifies merchandise is tagged properly
  • Responsible for inventory tracking and accuracy
  • Creates carton labels, identifying appropriate retail/rental location to ship product
  • Notify leadership of any hiring or staffing needs, coordinating staff planning in conjunction with leadership and training new associates.
  • Properly uses RF scanner to picks orders and prepares shipment to be sent to stores. Restocks warehouse inventory by accurately scanning into specific locations
  • Create and print store orders and customer requests.
  • Identify 1st hour jobs to keep warehouse clean and orderly
  • Ensure that all delivery pickups and dropoffs (incl. Warranties) are done properly and promptly
  • Ensure that all storage areas are kept neat and are labeled properly
  • Ensure that all incoming goods are properly logged in a timely manner
  • Initiate actions to resolve problem shipments (communicate with buyers and suppliers)
  • Has a good working knowledge of the MMS back office inventory control system
  • Operate a forklift safely for moving pallets and orders.
  • Takes an active role in loss prevention both internal and external
  • Open, close and secure the warehouse daily
  • Takes phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Makes store service an extension of customer service
  • Ensures any safety concerns are communicated to the manager. Has a working knowledge of the warranty systems and will help when required
  • Leads huddles at the beginning and during of shifts to organize workers.

Job Requirements:
