Are you a Sales Professional?

Barber & Haskill is looking for a sales professional that takes pride in their work and cares about their customers.

We need someone that can help us drive sales and continue to improve the customer experience.


Priority Objectives:

• To achieve sales and profit goals of the organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for all customers.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

• Do what it takes to maintain an exceptional level of product knowledge.
• Sell and promote Product Protection Plans.
• Properly greet and qualify customers.
• Continually be in contact with the customers to preempt any foreseeable issues that may arise.
• Followup on customer quote sheets.
• Assist in making sure all merchandise is presented in a clean and attractive setting and help make sure there are no incorrect pricing, product displays or empty spaces.
• Answer the company telephone according to company policy.
• Be an active participant in creating content the store uses to help drive marketing initiatives.
• Communicate clearly, so that everyone knows what is expected with regards to each sale.

• Work and manage in a manner that is consistent with the organization's values.
• Continually improve on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Wear proper business attire.
• Inform the management of major issues with customers.
• Represent the company positively both in the store and the community.
• Resolve customer concerns immediately.
• Promote a positive 'TEAM" attitude when dealing with fellow Sales Associates and company employees.

Compensation is performance based with a combination of a base salary of $30,000 plus performance incentives and commissions. Top performers total compensation should be in $60,000 to $75,000 per annum range.
