As the
Data and Analytics Analyst, you will deliver data & analytics to internal customers and stakeholders through well-designed and developed analytic solutions.

You will identify project requirements from start to finish by engaging with various business units to capture the need for data and analytics then compare those needs with existing solutions to identify gaps.


You will design dashboards, reports, drill-down analytics, and data visualizations as well as create system technical requirements for documentation and knowledge management.

You will also provide training to business users and will support their learning through knowledge

sharing.


This is a hybrid working environment that requires an active passport as there will be travel to our North American operations.

Our preference is to be based out of our Vancouver head office, however, if you are based out of one of the communities we operate in, we can be flexible.


In a perfect world, you have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management, or a specialized training/certification in data analytics.

You are also proficient in Power BI, Power Query, M language, and SQL-expressing knowledge of the key foundations and being able to manipulate large data sets.


For bonus points, you have experience designing, building, validating, and maintaining reports as well as experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.

For extra bonus points, you have a working knowledge of ETL tools such as Oracle Data Integrator or Informatica.
