A small boutique real estate brokerage is seeking a PART TIME BOOKKEEPER

  • Overview:_
Duties include accounts payable/receivable, payroll, monthly Government remittances, reconciliations, and Provide financial support to Broker, Realtors and Admin. The position is part-time with an average of 680 hours per year. Flexible remote and in-office work.

  • Required Skills:_
  • Advanced knowledge of
    Lone Wolf Back Office realty management system including reporting and fulfillment of Trade Events.
  • Advanced knowledge of Executive Administrative functions including confidentiality, accuracy, filing systems both paper and electronic, and contract reviews.
  • Better than average knowledge of Bookkeeping/Accounting
- including; Journal Entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Better than average understanding of Real Estate Financial Operations including; importance of accuracy and timing.
  • Better than average knowledge of MS Excel including; formatting and presentation.
  • Experience with MS Word.
  • High degree of organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
