Live in Building Cleaner
POSITION STATUS:
40 HOURS / FULL-TIME
ABOUT Peter Wall Mansion & Estates (PWME)
PWME owns and operates residential apartment complexes in the greater Vancouver Area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Sweep and mop all hard surfaces on a daily basis
Empty all garbage Rooms
Power wash compactor floor/ garbage room**
Empty Apartments of furniture
Repetitive tasks in fast paced environment
On call schedule week nights/weekends
Clean Floor by Floor
Other duties assigned
Qualifications and Skills
EXPERIENCE:
Must have minimum 2 years cleaning
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have positive attitude
Able to work independently
Able to work with little supervision
Must follow directions
Must be a team player
