We are seeking a Licensed Realtor for our team with a successful track record of providing the highest level of services to clients with honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
• Maintain existing client relationships
• Develop new client relationships through tasks such as phone calls, doorto

- door networking, and community events

• Stay up to date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license required
• 34 years of experience as a fulltime agent is ideal
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to navigate relationships with stakeholders
• Negotiation skills and experience to advocate for client interests
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly and calmly to changing situations
