• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client eligibility, offering expert advice on immigration processes, requirements, and legal obligations.
• Maintain meticulous records and case files, documenting all interactions, correspondence, and relevant updates for each case.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case progress.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and current advice and service provision.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an immigration office, preferably as a Case Worker.
• Excellent understanding of documentation requirements and eligibility criteria across different immigration categories.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex immigration concepts to clients effectively.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
