Sales Administrator


As part of a dynamic sales and marketing team you will be involved in the day to day management of data entry.

As one of the first lines of contact, you will be assisting the prospective End User as well as the Dealer Representative connect with our Area Managers to facilitate the sale.


Responsibilities

  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
  • Hands on experience with CRM software, MS Office and M
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluent in English, French is a benefit but not required.
  • Customer Focused with finely tuned customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Team player excellent interpersonal skills and positive personality.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
