Summary:

Responsible for managing assigned tasks associated with a project or assignment, including the timely and accurate generation of project plans, status reports, dashboards, task lists, etc.

Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Typical Responsibilities:

Strive to deliver projects 'on time', 'as expected'.
Serve as technology liaison with groups, such as internal/external customer, sales, BD, quality and other teams as appropriate.
Conduct or facilitate project/product meetings, conference calls, kickoff meetings, JAD sessions, debriefs, etc. and publish meeting minutes, as appropriate.
Effectively communicate to all project stakeholders on a regular basis.
Produce effective training materials for IS & S solution and train appropriate team(s), including IT Help Desk.
Effectively identify and escalate issues as appropriate.
Application Development.

Requirements:

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Capable of managing project, delivering project work products, and following a project methodology.
Ability to present product or technical information in formal and informal situations to superiors, peers or subordinates, customers, etc.
Excellent follow up, selfmotivation and problem solving skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Minimum:

Diploma in Computer Science or Transportation/Logistics.
