- 5+ years of experience in management and/or strategy consulting
- 2+ years of ESG and/or sustainability consulting
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with significant experience presenting to various levels of organizational stakeholders

RSM Canada's Environment, Social, and Governance ( "ESG" ) Advisory Services practice helps companies and organizations, both private and public sector, execute on their ESG strategic and operational mandates through utilizing an industry-focused, analytical, transparent, and data driven approach. We are often called on to assess, identify, strategize, and provide industry insights to enable companies to determine their ESG maturity, plan their next steps concerning ESG, and integrate ESG into their operational and strategic decision making.
