You will be working in a multi-faceted role that will be integral to the success of Belmar.

What you will be doing

Finance

Provide general accounting support
Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
Support with invoice generation and bookkeeping support
Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
Assist in Accounts receivable follow up

Assist in coordination throughout recruitment process
Provide support for payroll and benefits administration
Work with HR team to carry out internal culture events
Actively improving employee experience
Assist the HR Manager in ad hoc tasks

Preferred Skills & Experience

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled student) in an HR/Finance Program or equivalent work experience
Understands and can utilize emerging platforms for purposes of recruitment (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter)
Working Knowledge of HR Policies and how to implement them in growing teams
Strong Excel modelling and Powerpoint skills
Experience with accounting software (sage)
