    Our Information Technology team plays a critical role at Nutrien, enabling our business with the technology needed to advance toward our digital future. In addition to managing the systems and tools that keep our company running, we enable Nutrien's tech strategy and run Centres of Excellence in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Automation, and SAP, as well as a Centre for Acceleration in Data in Analytics.

    Reporting to the Manager, Network & Telecommunications, as a Network Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering network services to our organization. This role will focus on providing the Service Delivery oversight of our managed services team, being the key focal point for network sustainment activities across North America sites locations) and executing our core lifecycle roadmap objectives annually.

    What you will do:

    • Provide expertise required to support day-to-day operations across Nutrien's global network infrastructure

    • Diagnose and perform analysis on large-scale problems affecting multiple business units or regions

    • Provide escalation support to the Network Operations Center

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    • Participate in project teams to design, implement, and support new technologies or network use cases

    • Plan components of large projects and/or lead remote site implementation projects

    • Participate in proof of concepts with vendors and cross functional teams

    • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes

    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of network analysis

    • Participate in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions

    • Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect against cyber threats

    What you will bring:

    • Bachelor's degree from accredited university in relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Management, MIS)

    • 3+ years of experience in working in large scale enterprise networks solutions

    • Familiarity deploying LAN, WAN, Wireless Network, Network Security, and Enterprise Voice solutions

    • Understanding and experience with the following technologies: Cisco (NXOS, IOS XR/XE), Advanced VPN (S2S/Client), Firewalls, ISE, Meraki, KEMP/F5, VXLAN, BGP, CUCM, Unity Connection, CER, SBC (Cisco + Audiocodes), Contact Center, Teams Enterprise Voice

    • Experience working with global networks spanning urban and rural areas

    • Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure)

    • Experience with process control networks in an industrial setting

    • Knowledge of public peering, Internet Exchanges, IP Transit, Public IP design, etc. preferred

    • Understanding of public and private LTE networks

    • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team

    • Demonstrated ability to operate in high pressure situations and successfully handle multiple competing priorities while displaying a high degree of flexibility and professionalism

    • Excellent understanding of infrastructure technologies and implementation

    • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders

    • Self-driven & motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving

    • Python or another scripting language would be an asset
