Maintains constant contact with Front Office Team Members and monitors their contact with guests to ensure all guests and owners are assisted in an efficient and courteous manner.
Ensures team delivers services within required standards by evaluating guests' needs, issues, and following up to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Responds to our guests' questions, complaints, comments, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.Resolves or refers to Management if necessary all guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service.
Remains current on issues and trends relevant to the hotel standard and ensures these are communicated to the Front Office team members.
Provide ongoing training and support to Front Office Associates under his/her leadership to ensure that standards, policies, and procedures are met.
- 1 year hotel experience working at fast past Reception Desk
- Management Skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the
French and English: - Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be detailed oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
- Must have excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability.
- Must be able to assist in coordinating a seamless arrival and departure experience for

- Must possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of office software and computer skills in order to become proficient with our property management systems.
- Must be capable of lifting 50pounds.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
