DXP/HSE is looking for an
Account Manager will grow sales and increase company profits by cultivating current customers and recruiting new customers.

The representative will increase profitability by promoting products, providing technical support and conducting training to new and repeat customers within an assigned territory.

This position is located in Regina, SK.

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

Managing customer relationships and satisfaction
Generating new sales with existing customers, and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
Liaising between the client and departments within the company to ensure accurate understanding of information
Utilize online sales tools (CRM) to ensure that Operations and Management are informed on sales, upcoming projects and activity
Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services
Gather competitive information and other market information regularly while interacting cooperatively with other members of the sales team
Prepare and present quotations
Collaborate with management, develop and meet sales and training objectives
Provide input and assist in development of presentations and other marketing collateral.
Create and conduct indepth sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI, and value
Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations
Participate in trade association functions as required
Participate and be active in local industry organizations
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirments to be successful in this postion would be (but not limited to):

3+ years sales, account management expereince
Business degree or equivalent training
Strong s relationship, consultative and communications skills
Ability to effectively communicat key information to all audiences
Experience working with BPM
Having knowledge of industrail safety equiepement and services woudl be an asset.
