    Administrative assistant

    This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Housing repair Manager. The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day activities of the office and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Support house repair manager .
    • Data entry into company database of housing payments
    • Handling all outgoing and incoming mail, courier packages and Registered Mail as required
    • Excellent telephone manner, strong verbal, and written communication skills
    • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality
    • Maintain a mature, professional image and demeanor with customers, employees and visitors at all times with a strong focus on customer service
    • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or Equivalency
    • Previous Administrative experience
    • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Effective decision making skills
    • Reliable, flexible, and willing to change with the environment

    Work hours

    9am-5pm
