Commision split 60/40
PMU for brows. If you do lips as well then that is great. If you don't I can teach you.
Marketing: Must know how to take photos/videos to promote services through marketing and social media to attract new clients

Consultations:
Meet with clients to discuss their desired look and expectations.

Design:
Create custom designs for permanent makeup, considering facial features and client preferences.

Sterilization:
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized to maintain aseptic conditions.

Color Matching:
Select and blend pigments to achieve the desired color and tone.

Pain Management:
Manage client comfort during procedures by using appropriate anesthetics.

Aftercare Instructions:
Educate clients on post-procedure care to ensure optimal healing.

Touch-ups: Offer follow-up appointments for touch-ups and adjustments as needed.

Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Records:
Maintain accurate records of procedures, client information, and consent forms.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the field.

Communication:
Maintain good communication with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Client Comfort:

Salary:
$80.00-$350.00 per day
