Our Infrastructure Advisory team is looking for an Associate Director to join us in Toronto immediately.


What You Get To Do

  • Preparation of prebid, prefinancial close and secondary market transaction technical advisory reports, with the emphasis on Operations & Maintenance, Capital Replacement Planning and Payment Mechanism Analysis
  • Attend and partake in multidisciplinary Project kickoff meetings for prebid services;
  • Attend and contribute to Lenders' and Rating Agency calls;
  • Project research and database entry; and
  • Become familiar with BTY QA / QC practices and ensure appropriate processes are followed with respect to issuing reports.
  • Working with the Infrastructure Director, set growth goals and build a team of Operations Advisory specialists;
  • Accountable for coordinating workload and team resources;
  • Ensures all operating policies and procedures are understood and consistently applied;
  • Actively takes part in the organization and lead team meetings;
  • Mentors Senior Project Consultants and Project Consultants;
  • Networks regularly promoting the business, crossselling and building new contacts and clients;
  • Maintains and enhances existing client relationships

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of related experience;
  • University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Finance or Economics ;
  • Professional qualification obtained: PQS, MRICS, P.Eng, CPA, CFA, LEED AP;
  • 3 years of management or leadership experience.
