Your role at Baxter
What you'll be doing
- Manage core products within the PD product portfolio, operations to include field team inquires and support, participate on key local business teams as needed
- Ensure the portfolio stays relevant and that we are continuously working to manage lifecycles and profitability, lead rationalization and/or discontinuation efforts
- Support product forecasting and demand planning, work with supply chain, regulatory, and/or quality to manage customer complaints and/or other product related issues
- Ensure portfolio is trending towards sales target and plan
- Supports the pricing and contract strategy for core portfolio
- Supports programs aimed at growing the PD portfolio
- Collaborates with Global Marketing and Franchise Lead to ensure alignment and harmonies
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns according to established metrics
- Raises brand awareness through constant communication, social media, digital marketing efforts and best method sharing
- Supports the creation of marketing strategies, branding, positioning and portfolio direction based on market insights
- Responsible for the achievement of the financial growth targets for Nutrition products
What you'll bring
- University degree in Business or Science related field
- Masters Degree (Science or Business) preferred
- 3+ years direct experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Sales/Marketing digital marketing and therapeutic marketing preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking, project management, organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams
- Problem solving skills with focus on customer satisfaction
