What you will do:


  • 4month duration starting January 202 Report directly to the Chief Pilot
  • Provide assistance with the following:
  • Creation and maintenance of various operational documents including Standard Operating Procedures, Flight Crew Training Manuals, Aircraft Normal Checklists
  • Assist with aircraft audits
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new flight crew
  • Assist with the maintenance of various aircraft support programs including Foreflight, Jeppesen, and EFB Pro.
  • You will also be a resource to the Flight Operations Training Administrator for the following:
  • Creating new pilot profile in Avianis
  • Update flight crew training records
  • Monthly audits of Operational Flight Plans (OFP's)
  • Coding of invoices for finance
  • Periodic updating air crew training forecast
  • Assist with travel, hotel, and rental car books for flight crew training events
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring:


  • Interest in aviation and or the aviation industry
  • Enrolled in an accredited postsecondary institution
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrated commitment to completion of tasks on a timely basis
  • Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills
  • Ability to take initiative, multitask & work well under pressure
