Jeppesen Canada, a Boeing Company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Professional Services Implementation Manager to join our Crew & Network Operations team in
Montreal, Quebec**.


The Crew & NO Implementation department is responsible for the configuration, delivery and support of our Crew and Ops management products to commercial airline customers and to make sure that we deliver solutions that our customers truly need.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team, providing developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
  • Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships with direct reports, local and regional teams and across the global organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Work with local team and regional and global colleagues to continuously review lessons learned, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to plan, manage, and optimize resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support sales efforts by providing contract negotiations support and leveraging your expertise in Crew & NOM product and process knowledge to ensure successful implementations.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to personal learning and development. Seeking feedback and proactively improving skills and knowledge.
  • Foster innovation by exploring new opportunities and solutions, thinking beyond current practices, and approaching work problems with creativity and novel approaches.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to develop conclusions and recommendations.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies, and procedures, as well as products, to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with external corporate clients.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with IT Professional Services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
  • Must be eligible to handle US exportcontrolled data.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Experience with airline operation or airline IT, ideally with crew planning.
  • Verbal and written communications skills in French.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other technical computing or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
