Must have a strong sense of team work and all that it entails. Must be detail oriented, have excellent management skills, effective communication, and exceptional customer service skills. There is opportunity for growth and development.Duties & Responsibilities (including but no limited to)
- Able to learn and follow recipes to prepare a variety of menu items from scratch with little to no instruction.
- Accomplished in cake decorating techniques such as hand piping, fondant, masking, filling and stacking cakes
- Adheres to all health and safety, and food safety standards and procedures.
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Responsible for representing Wishes Bake Shop in a professional manner with positive customer service.
- Able to learn menu items, including cake details, and collaborate with design team.
- Must be comfortable with organizing weekly work and making adjustments as new orders come in.
- Responsible for daily and weekly cleaning tasks as per cleaning schedule.
- Deliver/set up cakes and sweet tables onsite.
