• Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations from our catalog of services
• Create and manage accounts and prospects.
• Manage leads and customers
• Meet with clients to share market trends and build business relationships
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Inform potential clients of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with Shyft
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend the appropriate products and services
• Continuously improve through feedback

• Sales experience: a minimum of 13 years
• Excellent negotiation & high communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system preferred
• Proven selling skills, including demonstrating a strong sales approach
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Business, Sales, Customer Service and Management background a definite asset
• Lead Generation Experience

• Uncapped Commission
• Residual Pay (Monthly)
