The Role:

We're looking for a Sales Associate who embodies our passion for design and customer service. This role is perfect for self-motivated, driven, direct-sales oriented individuals who thrive on delivering a superb, interactive customer experience.

Your Role in Action:


  • Travel to customers' homes for needs analysis and design custom solutions using product samples.
  • Conduct both showroom and inhome consultations, effectively presenting our products and their benefits.
  • Continuous followup with customers and collaboration with the installation team to ensure job completion.
  • Pursue referrals and repeat business to help achieve aggressive sales growth.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated appreciation for the significance of repeat business and referrals, actively nurturing client relationships.
  • Background in interior design, direct industry involvement, or a genuine enthusiasm for home décor.
  • Track record in customer service or retail sales, where your personalized approach is key to client retention.
  • Consistent ability to inspire and deliver exceptional customer and brand interactions.
  • Proven success in sales, showcasing your ability to effectively promote products.
  • Confidence in selling products you may not personally own.
  • Creative mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on craftsmanship.
  • Team player with the capacity to manage diverse projects and clients in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a good driving record.

$50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
