- Develop and maintain software required by the CF-18 fighter aircraft software development team
- Develop and maintain software for project management.
- Be involved in the definition of technical requirements and design of the various software components, and in the support to the user's community.
- Participate in all the software life cycle development steps: design, development, integration, tests et software release.
- Work within a team of dynamic people and be involved in all phases of software development. To integrate the new functionalities, you will need to understand the architecture of the software component included.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in software development, an asset.
- Master the following computer languages: C# or Java.
- Experience in PL/SQL, APEX and Oracle database
- Experience in Perl language (an asset).
- Experience with IBM Rational DOORS (an asset).
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different multidisciplinary groups.
- Fluency in English and French.
- CAE employees must be able to meet the requirements of the Canada Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and in certain cases, ITAR requirements.
- Must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada's "Reliability" status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
- Main work location is not accessible via public transportation. A car is needed.
- Work will be performed in virtual mode, 80% work from home and the rest in CAE Mirabel office.
