General Qualifications

  • Ability to take direction & work individually, or with the team.
  • Ability to work with tight timelines & with little to no supervision (once trained).
  • Available to put in overtime when jobs require.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, math skills, shop equipment (considered an asset).

General Duties...(training provided)

  • Operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, sanders, breaks, etc.
  • Review & work from technical drawings for signage fabrication.
  • Heavy lifting of materials & finished signs, crates.
  • Fabrication of wooden crates for shipping.

Cross Training Opportunities(training provided)

  • Soldering & wiring for LED lighting.
  • Print production & file prep.
  • CNC operations.
