Overview

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering and monitoring specialized infusion, injectable or oral pharmacological treatments in the home and/or clinic setting. The nurse must monitor patients for infusion-related reactions, accurately document procedures and submit reports on time.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Develop and review nursing care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Conduct health assessments, medication administration teaching, and obtain IV access through peripheral IV initiation or central line access (PICC, IVAD).
