We have an immediate vacancy for an energetic, self-starter individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude for concierges in high-end residential towers in Coal Harbour.

Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all residents.
Conduct access controls.
Answering phone calls & receiving packages when required.
Interior & exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities.
Answering all resident questions.
Providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate with onsite contractors as required.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication skills
Must be available to work afternoon/evenings
