A work week is Monday to Friday and weekends as required during April - October.

Dependable
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, CRM & ERP based software
Experience within a construction field or hardware store would be an asset but not required.

On the Water Designs has been manufacturing aluminum docks, boatlifts, floats, hardware, and accessories for over 20 years.

In that time, we have developed a diverse network of clients which include Waterfront Property Owners, Commercial Developers, Lumber Yards, Marinas & Dock Building Experts.

Our staff have the design expertise and range of products to successfully win business in each of these markets.

Our property is located on a picturesque Muskoka landscape featuring a natural pond, Canadian shield and pine forests, making our work environment much more enjoyable than a long commute to the city.
