The role is Part Time permanent and would be ideal for someone looking to stay busy or who is in school.

We have some flexibility on the schedule, but are ideally looking some to work 3 to 4 days a week which includes Saturday.

About Make Space - Who are we?

Responsibilities:

Maintain and build positive customer service with clients, vendors, and service providers.
Handling Purolator enquiries and tracking packages.
Portables dispatch.
Following up with clients as needed and directing them to the appropriate department if necessary.
Be creative in supporting customers with their storage and moving solutions.
Working as part of the team with other departments.
Accurate and detailed reporting.
Taking payment from clients and helping with onsite access.
Moving in and out schedules for storage units, cleaning and maintain units between clients.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Outstanding Customer Service, ability to build rapport with tenants, colleagues, and management.
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements.
Positive attitude and want to make work environment fun

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
