We are currently looking for a Web Development Tech Lead to join our development team. This position reports to the Web development Team Lead.

Your day-to-day

Lead the team in creating and maintaining fast, beautiful, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites and apps using , ensuring clean and maintainable code.

Foster innovation and improvements to new and existing apps, leveraging your expertise in and other relevant technologies.

Engage in agile processes, contribute to product discussions, and participate in brainstorming sessions for new ideas, products, and future plans.

Discuss with clients and product teams to plan the development of new features
Work closely with other team members to set the technical direction and best practices in the team.
A strong commitment to working collaboratively in an office setting, and the ability to adapt to changing project priorities.
Your qualifications
Proficiency in JavaScript and in-depth knowledge of and its core principles.
Great attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and web frameworks such as Next.
JS
An understanding of good UX patterns and design details
Experience with unit and integration testing
Knowledge of microservices and API design
Great communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or GCP
Knowledge of Docker, as well as Kubernetes and Continuous Integration
Experience with SQL and Object-Oriented Programming
Experience with automated or end to end testing
