Customer Service Representative


Marina's Swim School is looking for a professional and experienced customer service representative with a good team spirit and professionalism, patience, and a "people-first" attitude.


The applicant must possess the following skills:

  • Handling customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
  • Learning to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
  • Learning the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
  • Keeping a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
  • Working with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
  • Providing feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
  • Learning about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
