DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties for this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Review, analyze and accurately resolve metering and billing exceptions per Utility requirements
  • Accessing multiply Utility systems to assist with resolving exceptions
  • Resolve meter access issues, including scheduling appointments with Utility customers
  • Assign field work orders to obtain meter reads and/or to schedule inspections with Utility customers
  • Responsible for billing accuracy and meeting Utility deadlines
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements
  • Outbound calling to Utility and Utility customers
  • Other clerical duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Working knowledge of Customer Information and Billing Systems (an asset)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the capacity to develop and implement appropriate solutions
  • Data analysis and arithmetic skills
  • Have computer knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Word
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Be a highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal and external clients
