    Position Overview:

    As a Data Engineer within the Analytics team, you will focus on enhancing the core dataset and processing infrastructure, collaborating with various teams like CRM, Marketing, and eCommerce to support their objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing efficient data processes, creating intricate data models, and facilitating access for analysts and data scientists. You will also contribute to developing self-serve solutions for broader business units.

    As a key player, you will partner with internal stakeholders to address critical business needs with innovative solutions. We are looking for proactive individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, thrive in complex technical scenarios involving massive datasets, and have a deep-rooted passion for data and analytics.



    Position Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development and implementation of data processing solutions to enhance data analysis efficiency
    • Optimize and scale reporting technologies like Looker
    • Provide data extraction and management solutions to support data analysts and scientists
    • Collaborate with IT Analytics/Engineering to build and maintain robust data pipelines
    • Partner with analysts and scientists to translate data requirements into actionable ideas

    Required Experience/Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
    • 3+ years of SQL database query and programming experience
    • 2+ years of Python programming experience
    • 2+ years of Google Cloud Platform and Google Composer experience
    • Experience handling unstructured data and building data pipelines
    • Familiarity with data quality techniques and algorithms
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
