Duties include but not limited to;

  • Work with Service Manager and Assistant Manager overseeing Service department,
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely scheduling and completion of work,
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on work status,
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner,
  • Track and monitor the location of vehicles,
  • Payroll, Labour verification,
  • Price Paperwork,
  • Quotations,
  • Handle small projects with assistance,
  • Order Materials,
  • Fill out bid documents,
  • Perform daily tasks, Matching invoices, Paperwork verification,
  • Excellent problem solving skills,
  • Communicate with different customers and clients, Deal one on one with Technicians,
  • Proper Phone etiquette,
  • Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word,
Requirements,

  • Detail Orientated,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Punctuality,
  • Great attendance,
  • Fluent in written and oral English,
  • Handle Pressure situations,
