    Summary

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales and/or traditional or digital media professional to be part of one of the most effective sales teams in the country. We are looking for people who are results oriented, business development oriented and who excel in a competitive, dynamic and hectic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand the short and long term business challenges (diagnostic interviews);
    • Guide the clients to effectively renew their next advertising campaigns (television, radio, digital, billboards).
    • Develop new sources of income with existing clients and prospecting new business opportunities using the company's resources.
    • Negotiate contracts and conclude business opportunities.
    • Provide ongoing information and necessary support to ensure optimal customer service.

    Critical Qualifications

    • Sales, marketing, communications or equivalent training.
    • Minimum of 3 years in sales, marketing or communications experience.
    • Outstanding contact network in local/direct and retail market.
    • Excellent communication skills and great capacity for listening.
    • Ability to negotiate and analyze to identify problems and opportunities.
    • Maintain good interpersonal relationships and quickly establish credibility with clients.
    • Judgment, discernment and strategic thinking.
    • Honesty and professional integrity.
    • Demonstrates creativity.
    • Dynamism and good people skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office environment.
    • Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
    • Knowledge of digital planning tools or using DSP an asset.
